Fresh, clean, exciting, untested, untried, unseen, unexpected. All those things, those sensations or those feelings were present when he fired the gun.
A fresh kill. A clean hit. The exciting rush of adrenaline. The untested Desert Eagle Pistol. The previously untried murder attempt. The unseen killer. The unexpected swell of pain.
